Teenagers is the fine line between not too young and not too old. Apparently, there are issues today that somehow revolves or involves teenagers even though it is an adult thing. Doesn’t matter if it is illegal or not, they would still manage to do it. Teenagers nowadays are defined as stubborn or hard-headed. Even though it is clearly out of their league, even though it is forbidden, they would still do it.
Underage drinking is one of the most common things teenagers do nowadays. It doesn’t only put their major organs into danger but, it also clearly violates the law. It is prohibited but, it is not something the authorities can control. Teenagers who drinks finds a way to get a hold of an alcoholic bottle and drink it without alarming the adults. This drinking session happens in groups, usually with really close friends. They stay in some place where there are no adults around and even if there is, these adults don’t care and even joins and encourages these teenagers.

We might ought to think as to why they drink at such an early and tender age. Just like the adults who drink because of stress from work, teenagers drink because of their problems. Family issues, a broken heart, and pressure are just some of the reasons as to why they drink. Teenagers with these reasons are those who thought that drinking might take away the problems they are carrying when in fact, it is just temporarily on hold. Drinking doesn’t solve any problems at all and it might even add up to your list.
After all of this, there are still teenagers who drinks for no particular reason. When asked, no valid reason is given. We don’t know what they are thinking or why they are drinking. We are sorting it of as fun. They might think it’s fun to drink but, pretty sure their liver feels otherwise. Now, drinking alone isn’t as exciting as drinking with your other friends. To do this, they started recruiting. We all have a friend who is innocent and naive about the cruelties of the world. They would try and coax this one friend. Pressure it into drinking. When they gave in, when asked why they are drinking, they would answer peer pressure.
Concluding all of this, teenagers doesn’t think of consequences of their actions. Drinking might be something they enjoy but, they are clearly digging their own grave. Drinking is not all about fun or taking your problems away. While you are enjoying yourself in your makeshift world, your body is slowly breaking. Might not appear now because you are still young, your body is strong. But once you’ve reach that certain age and your drinking didn’t cease, it’s gonna take its toll on your body. Slowly attacks your major organs and let’s put the rest into imagination.
It is not proper to drink everyday, even for adults or those who have come to age. Maybe once or twice a week would do but, anymore than that might cause severe damage to our body. We won’t be able to avoid drinking cause somehow, our body yearns for it but, let’s not abuse that want. Moderate drinking should be practice. By doing that, we have a happy liver and wallet.
